Jason Goff MIET

Head of Technical

Jason has been an integral part of Wheeler’s for over 25 years. Starting his career as an apprentice, he advanced through roles in contract and technical management before assuming the position of Head of Technical.

Acting as a vital link between office and site teams, Jason provides the technical guidance necessary to ensure projects run smoothly. His broad knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and design services, combined with hands-on experience across every area of the business, makes him a trusted resource for both colleagues and clients alike. Jason’s career is a testament not only to his expertise but also to his unwavering commitment to the Wheeler’s core values: quality, reliability, and integrity.

Aaron Carpenter

Senior Contracts Manager (F&S)

With over 20 years experience in the fire and security industry, Aaron began his career as an apprentice engineer at Haven Fire Consultants Ltd. His dedication and technical expertise quickly led him to the role of Lead Security Engineer. In 2007, Aaron joined Wheeler’s as a Fire Alarm Commissioning Engineer, where he continued to grow professionally. By 2014, he had stepped into a management role and now serves as a Senior Contracts Manager.

Aaron is a detail-oriented and committed leader, known for his strong focus on service, quality and client satisfaction. He is passionate about business growth while maintaining trusted, longterm relationships with clients and upholding the highest standards of service delivery.

James Mead MloL

Head of Mechanical Contracts

James joined Wheeler’s in 2019, bringing years of contract management experience and a solid technical background. He began his career on the tools, gaining hands-on expertise in building systems across both domestic and commercial sectors.

With a strong practical foundation and proven leadership in management roles, James effectively bridges on-site execution with the efficient, high-quality delivery of projects. As one of Wheeler’s Senior Contracts Managers, he leads the Mechanical Department with a focus on quality, efficiency, team development, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement. James’ commitment to the business is evident in his dedication to fostering a high-performance team culture, driving operational excellence, and consistently delivering results that support the company’s long-term success.

Marlon Doresett

Head of Electrical Contracts

Marlon plays an instrumental role in supporting the continued growth and success of Wheeler’s.

Overseeing the electrical division, he is responsible for delivering high-quality projects, maintaining exceptional service standards, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the teams.

He takes pride in upholding Wheeler’s core values of integrity, teamwork, and safety while driving operational excellence and business development.

Marlon started as an electrical apprentice in Bristol and progressed to various Operations and Contracts Manager roles. He joined Wheelers in 2019 and has focused on streamlining project delivery and strengthening client relationships. He has supported the expansion of the business’s electrical capabilities across diverse sectors.

He has a comprehensive understanding of the industry which informs his approach to leading and developing teams and delivering successful outcomes for clients.

Jodie Frankcom

People Manager

Experienced HR Generalist with over 8 years in the profession.

Jodie began her career in the retail sector working as a People Assistant before progressing to People Manager, developing a strong foundation in people management and employee relations.

Jodie joined the Wheeler’s team at the end of 2022 as our People Manager, providing support guidance and coaching to the company.

Jodie holds a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management, a Mental Health First Aider Certificate, and brings a proactive, people-first approach to her role. She is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment, championing employee wellbeing, and aligning HR strategy with business goals.

Mark Tims

Senior Quantity Surveyor

Mark is a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor with over 35 years in the construction industry.

Since joining Wheelers in 2020, he has played a pivotal role in providing strategic contractual and financial guidance across both mechanical and electrical operations. His expertise ensures projects are delivered efficiently, with a strong focus on cost control and value for clients.

Following Wheelers’ transition to employee ownership, Mark became a Director of the Employee Owned Trust, where he champions effective governance and promotes the longterm success of the business for the benefit of all employees.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, Mark contributes to shaping the company’s vision and business strategy, driving initiatives that enhance client experience and strengthen partnerships. His commitment to excellence and collaborative approach make him an integral part of Wheelers’ continued growth.
